ORDER FULFILMENT 

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, Tuesday - Saturday.

IN STORE PICK-UP

In store pick-up is available Tuesday - Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. We are located at 65 Densley Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer $15 flat-rate shipping across Canada, and free regular shipping on Canadian orders over $150. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, Tuesday–Saturday, using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Packages typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Canada Post's delivery standard: 2–7 business days
  • UPS delivery standard: 1–8 business days
  • Purolator's delivery standard: 2–8 business days

We always select the fastest available option based on your location to help ensure the quickest delivery. During any Canada Post strike or service interruption, we’ll automatically ship using other carriers to avoid delays.

If you need your package sooner, please reach out to us! We'll do our best to accommodate and make sure your package is sent out as quickly as possible.

U.S. SHIPPING

For U.S. customers, we ship at a flat rate of $30, with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days.

Please note: Once packages leave Canada, we cannot control how long they take to clear U.S. Customs. Delays may occur during the customs process and are outside of our control. Additionally, once your order has been handed off to local couriers in the U.S., delivery timelines are determined by them and may vary.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Kindly verify that your address is correct prior to completing your order. If packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, you will be charged additional shipping fees.
