CONFETTIMYPARTY offers a 14-dayΒ exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to requestΒ an exchange or store credit.Β To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you cannot visit the shop in person to process an exchange, you can ship your product back to us. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges or store credits for perishable goods such as candy or flowers, custom products or personalized items and personal care goods/beauty products. WeΒ do notΒ accept exchanges on seasonal items, sale items, gift cards or balloons.Β We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen, missing or damaged delivered packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
